Limitless Ceremonies

If you are looking for a ceremony that is a complete one off, bespoke, unique or even ‘Limitless’….you are in the right place.

What do I do?
I am a professionally trained, and award winning Celebrant, based in the North West of England. That said, travel is no object. St Helens to the Seychelles. Manchester to the Maldives or Devon to Dubai.

Whether you’re looking for a wedding celebration ceremony, civil partnership, commitment ceremony, renewal of vows, naming or celebration of life. For you as a family, I will create and deliver a truly personal ceremony that is exactly as you want it to be. If you want tears, there will be tears. If you want laughter, there will be laughter. If you want both, you know the answer.

You only get one opportunity to get a ceremony right and I appreciate that this is difficult to put this in the hands of a stranger, but this I promise…….I will make sure the service is perfect from start to finish.
Who Am I?
When I meet a family, I want to get to know you. I think it’s only right, you know a little bit about me.

My name is Tony. I’m 48 years old. Married myself to ‘Katie’ who is not just my wife, but my best mate and partner in crime. I have two children. My not so little girl, 17 years old is called ‘Amelia’ who is currently at college studying to become a Paramedic. My son William is 13 going on 30. A real academic, artist, fisherman, goalkeeper and prop forward, all rolled into one.

The place I call home is ‘Billinge’ sat between the rugby league towns of St Helens and Wigan.

My family is my life.
My friends are my life.
My work is my life.
But I still make time for….. going out and having a good time.
Also, for telly, (Bad Telly) music, (Cheesy Pop Mostly), days out, holidays and lots of Sport. I’ve played them all and watched them all.

I do have a sense of humour.
I am a people person
I love a laugh.
Easy to talk too, and I have nothing but time, to listen.

If you have an idea, we make it happen.
If you have a dream, that dream will be realised.

Wedding Celebration Ceremony

Wedding Celebration Ceremony

... Everybody loves a good wedding. Getting together with family and friends, the food, the drink, the speeches, the music and dancing. The most boring part of the day can be the ceremony itself. Not necessarily for the people in the spot light, but for their guests. It doesn’t have to be like that. Step away from the norm! On one of the most important days of your life, is standard acceptable? No, it is not. We celebrate you as individuals. We celebrate you as a couple. We celebrate your lives, and we celebrate your love for one another. Your guests are not just there to watch, they will be involved from start to finish. ...

Commitment Ceremony

Commitment Ceremony

... Weddings are not for everyone, but a Commitment Ceremony is probably as near to a wedding as you get, without getting married. Two people will publicly declare their love and commitment to each other in front of family and friends without this being legally binding. A commitment ceremony can be held anywhere. On a Hot Air Balloon, at Everest Base Camp or in your Grandma and Grandad’s back garden. Open to any couple, regardless of gender or marital status. There is no legal paperwork. You are not legally married. This might sound crazy but if things don’t work out going forward, there is no messy divorce and no legal battles. All that said, the elements of the commitment ceremony don’t have to be dissimilar to a wedding. You can exchange vows and exchange rings. There can be readings, poems, prayer and countless symbolic actions (literally too many to list). ...

Renewal of Vows

Renewal of Vows

... At least 90 percent of people would say that their wedding day was up there with the best day of their lives. So good……they would love to do it all over again. With a Renewal of Vows, you can. You can renew your vows, any time you want. It could be 12 months later, it could be 12 years later, or it could be 60 years later. Just consider….. when you married years ago, some of the most important people in your lives were not there to share that day. That could be children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family and friends. ...

Celebration of Family
You may well be welcoming a new baby into the family. You may be welcoming a new adopted child into your family, or you may want to celebrate….. two families coming together with children on both sides.

If that is the case, then allow me to create a ‘Bespoke’, naming, welcoming or blending ceremony just for you.

The content of each ceremony is exactly as you want it to be. At the meeting stage, I’m there to guide and advise. On the day of the ceremony, I am there to lead. A parent or parents can make promises and commitment to their child/children. Acknowledge the role of family and friends and declare hopes for their child’s future.

You may wish to include readings, poems, rituals, music or symbolic actions and when we talk about symbolic actions, there are too many to list but I can talk you through every single one.

You could even have a ceremony themed around a child’s favourite book, toy, tv programme or film. Could be Peppa Pig, Superman, Thomas The Tank Engine or Pokemon. This is one day in your life that you will remember. Filled with smiles, fun and joy…….I guarantee that!
Party Hosting & Games!!
When you have a party, whether that be a wedding, anniversary or birthday, there will be dancing, drinking, music and a buffet. You might have invested in a bit of something for the kids, such as a bouncy castle. Maybe even a photo booth for the adults. No doubt, this will be a great party, but why not step up to the next level?

Limitless Ceremonies can take the party to the next level with games for people of all ages. Just think of all those daft games your entertainment team put on when you are on holiday in Spain or The Canary Islands.

Let’s see who is the best dancer.
Let’s see who is the best singer.
Let’s have a Tug of War.
Let’s play….Play Your Cards Right or The 1% Club.
Let’s play Bongo’s Bingo.
Let’s have a relay race for the over 60’s.
Let’s play name that tune and watch 30 people run, to sit on a single chair and answer the question.
Let’s also send someone into the crowd and watch them come back with a pair of boxer shorts or a bra.
Let us do whatever you want.

Silly games are not for everyone but if you are inviting people with a sense of humour, this party will be unforgettable.

Celebration of Life
A funeral marks the end of a unique life. It is a major event and there are no second chances to get it right. You may feel overwhelmed by grief or in shock. Finding someone you can trust and who will put your needs first is essential.

I consider it such a privilege to be able to support people at such a difficult time. In partnership with your funeral director, I will do everything I can to ensure that you are able to have a funeral service which meets your needs and enables you to remember and celebrate the life of your loved one.

I will work closely with family and friends so that we can build a bespoke ceremony that is truly meaningful and compassionate. There are no restrictions on the time creating a full service which will be structured however you want it to be.

The Facts
A Celebrant at this moment cannot legally marry you in England.
Fingers crossed, this will change sooner rather than later.

You need to find the right celebrant for you.

It may not be me, and if it’s not me, I’ll point you in the right direction and that will cost you the grand total of…… £0.00.

I also want to point out….. an expensive celebrant is not necessarily the best and a cheaper celebrant is not necessarily the worst.

Just to let you into a little secret, a wedding planner once said to me, I wouldn’t look at booking a celebrant who was charging less than £2500 for their services. In the nicest possible way, and whilst holding my tongue, I pointed out that statement is non sense.
This was a wedding planner with over 20 years experience, falling into a trap.

Don’t fall for someone who has invested thousands on a Website.
Don’t fall for fancy words on the page.
Don’t fall for made up testimonials.
Don’t fall for people with those awards, that have been paid for.

Meet your celebrant. Talk to them. Get to know them. Ideal….. to meet face to face but not always possible. However, thanks to modern technology, we have facetime, teams and zoom just to name a few. When the time is right, I prepare your ceremony. There will be lots of back and forth until it is perfect.

My commitment to you is this….. My phone is always on, 24 hours a day. Never think it is too early in a morning to ring me.
Never think it is too late at night.
I have 15 minutes off for my Christmas Dinner, and that is that.
You want to talk, no problem.
You want to send me 100 Whata Apps, no problem.
You want to meet up again, no problem.
You want to change things up, no problem.
I don't do problems, only solutions
